I'm so happy to have reached the $1000.00 mark on my TD Ameritrade Roth IRA. I'm also contributing to my 403B at work ($200.00) a month. I was contributing more but I had to decreased the amount $85.00 every pay period. I'm hoping to be able to go back to the original amount once things get a little better.

I must admit that I missed blogging here. Our finances have been in quite a disarray lately. We make a decent income but then yet, I feel like we're drowning and saving has become a real chore. It seems as if when we're finally starting to put our savings back together, something always comes up and wipes out what we've managed to put away. I know I'm not alone and I need my fellow bloggers to keep me going.
