The flu!

My 14 year old has the Flu. My husband took him to the doctor while I Lysoled everything, changed sheets and disinfected the bathrooms. His pediatrician said that he has one of the many strains of the influenza (fever, bone-breaking pain, vomiting and a rash on his neck, back and upper chest). He's been sleeping all day today. My poor guy! He thanked me for taking care of him. Next year I'm taking him to get the flu shot. Two years in a row is enough. I should've known better.

You work and work and take care of them and then one of them thanks you and it's always stunning to me! You are doing something right!
