We spent a lot of money today; not on wants but on necessities. My son needed new jeans (he is outgrowing a lot of his clothes) and we had to replace a bad kitchen faucet. We did the work ourselves.

On the other hand, we finally rented our 1 bedroom apartment today. I'm very happy about that. Our rental home is paid for and we net about $11,000 a year on the rentals after paying property taxes, utilities and homeowners insurance.

No work for me tomorrow! I made $30 for 1 hour of home instruction Thursday. If everything works out, I'll do 2 hours of instruction this week.
