Hello everyone! It's about 42 degrees in northern NJ. My husband was able to wash all three cars today and get all the salt out of them. We may get hit with another snow storm next Tuesday. My husband says that he doesn't care, he just wants to help prevent body rust on the cars (especially mine, the oldest of 3). I made extra cash this week ($60) and hopefully $90 this coming week.

We're making some progress with 2009 goals (see my sidebar). February is definately a very expensive month because our quarterly property taxes are due, $1993 for our house and $1100 for our rental property. I also have to pay for the graduate course I'm taking in two weeks. If I get an A or B, I'll get reimbursed by the board of education. My goal is to have 15 graduate credits by next September. It will help me go up on the salary scale because I'll have a BA + 15 credits. I'm also keeping my fingers crossed that none of our tenants leave. I have to do some grocery shopping tomorrow after work. I'll be going to Target (I have a $35 gift card I'll be using) and Costco to get milk and a few other items.
