Productive day!

No work today...we got snowed in. I did have a very product day making meals for the the week. Here's the rundown of my slaving in the kitchen Wink .

Meatloaf and mash potatos for dinner today
Chili is cooking in the crock pot.
Hamburger Helper (double cheese mac)
Spagetti with meatsauce

I used up a big tray of ground beef I bought at Aldis for $11. Not bad, I was able to make 4 meals. I will make beans (Spanish style) and yellow rice with chicken to complete the menu for the week. I have everything else in stock to complete our meals.

Am I the only one who wanted to work today! lol yellow rice with chicken is a yummy and cheap meal!

Trying hard not to be a slave to the lenders.

Teaching my sons to be fiscally responsible by example.
