My sidebar shows that I met my summer goal fund. Technically, I did because our tax refund (less $1,000) was deposited in this account. Unfortunately, that money is already accounted for. As you all know, we are pulling the oil tank out of the ground. As a result I've increased the summer fund goal to $11,000.
I had to transfer $1k to our primary account because we had to cover an unexpected bill.
I have many things to do tomorrow. Start writing my graduate course paper, lesson plans and go shopping for some main staples. I'm also very tired; Friday was a very long day because I had to chaperone the school play. I did not bother coming home, I would've lost 50 minutes traveling back and forth and I thought it was a complete waste of gas. I did use time wisely, though. I completed my PIP (Professional Improvement Plan) which is due on Friday, the 13th. The PIP usually takes close to three hours to complete because it is very lengthy and detailed. I actually feel relieved that I got this out of the way.
Monday is my son's 15th B-day! We'll have some of his friends for pizza next Saturday. I can't believe he will be 15!
Thanks for reading my post and have a great frugal week.
I did, but I didn't
