Weight loss update #2

I've been on Weight Watchers for almost 7 weeks now. I've lost about 15 pounds so far. I'm also trying to eliminate meat from my diet and eat more of a plant-based diet.

    That is great to see how your work leads to success at the scale! You also have the added insurance that it is coming off at a healthy and reasonable rate (roughly a kilogram/2.2 pounds per week). Way to go, and keep it up!
