I joined Weight Watchers on Monday and this time I am determine to shed the many extra pounds I'm carrying. I set some fitness goals for myself and that is to walk at least 4 times a week. This is my third day walking and today I walked 2.5 miles. I'm also going to reward myself with something nice after I lose the weight. North Georgia Gal and I are corresponding via email to support each other since we are both doing Weight Watchers. I have Christmas time in mind to meet the bulk of my weight loss goal. Would you please cheer NGG and I on this journey?
