Day 1 of 150 Days of Wellness

As you all may already know, I'd been very successful thus far in paying down our debt. One thing I'd been a total failure is taking care of my body and I seem to lose steam quickly in this are of my life. Today was a bit warmer in my neck of the woods, so I decided to take a walk. I bundled up (layers) and walked about 2.5 miles. It was nice because the sun was very bright and it definitely helped me with my Seasonal Affective Disorder. SAD can get pretty bad for me in the winter. I intend to do something nice for me every day. Nothing big or spendy; today I painted my toes a bright pink to remind me of warmer weather. I also had a pretty successful day eating the right food. Cheers to a good day!

PS: I chose 150 days because in 150 days, I will be doing something very exciting. I will let you know what it is soon.

    Good job. I hate the shorter, dark days of winter, too. Bright sunshine does help. If I had the money, I might spring for one of those special lamps they sell.

    I wonder what it is you'll be doing on day 150??????????????????????????????????????????????????????
