I am on day fourteen of no soda intake. I find myself making better choices when it comes to food but I did not exercise as much as I should of. I am controlling portions and using a small plate for dinner and absolutely no seconds. I will try my hardest to have a really good third week. I'm not giving up; the fact that I have abstained from coca~cola makes me proud of my will power. I love everything about Coke, how it tastes and especially the feel of the carbonation going down. I keep reminding myself about all of the health issues in my side of the family.
