Today, I am going cold turkey trying to kick the soda habit. I succeeded today at least. Can I tell you that I already feel like I have more energy or do you think it is a product or my imagination? I have a 2 to 3 a day Coke habit. I just love everything about; the taste, the fizz and how it goes down. I hate Seltzer water so that's not an option for me. I also know how bad it is for your body. The challenge will be when I have pizza; pizza and water don't mesh. Hopefully after day 21, the craving will be gone and a good habit formed. Will be alright if I post about it here?
