A good day.

Just an update on my eating habit changes!I'm proud of myself! I attended a 4th of July picnic today and I'm proud to say that I was very good on eating healthier. I chose the fruit and veggies intead of chips and dip. I brought a boneless chicken breast with me to grill instead of eating a burger and I skipped dessert. I'm taking it a day out of time.

    I find it easier to stay within my eating habits by not creating situations where I would need to eat something else. I usually take stuff with me to eat at work, including trail mix, fresh vegetables and fruits, and iced tea. I am not trying to lose weight, but just get healthier and not eat junk food. This makes it a lot easier for me.

    Good job! I wish I could say I did as well, but that would be a big fat lie! I don't want Monday to come, but I do much better at work, eating only the healthy stuff I bring. Smile
